He was CEO of several communications&nbsp;consulting firms&nbsp;in Latin America,&nbsp;and headed the Mexico and Latin America Public Affairs function of one the world’s leading financial services organisations. His&nbsp;expertise has focused on advising leaders, CEOs, and management on strategy, reputation, organisational&nbsp;issues, public affairs and communications campaigns, as well as crisis management and corporate responsibility.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Roy has served on the board of NGOs that focus on HIV awareness and prevention, as well as education.&nbsp;He&nbsp;has been a Board Member for Save the Children in Mexico since 2008, its Vice Chair since 2015.&nbsp;&nbsp;He&nbsp;joined the&nbsp;Save the Children Association and Save the Children International&nbsp;Boards&nbsp;in 2018, and has been Vice Chair since 2020.&nbsp;&nbsp;Roy studied Law in the Universidad Iberomericana (Mexico) and has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from SIPA-Columbia University (New York). He has lived in New York, Washington D.C., Miami, Caracas, Santiago de Chile and Brussels and currently resides in Mexico City.</p>"
