He&nbsp;has been involved in developing a supplier guidance on preventing, identifying and addressing child labour for a client, with a focus on young worker management system and child labour remediation procedures. He has also tested the checklist of the guidance at selected supplier factories to validate the usage of the checklists at a factory level, including preparing an occupational health &amp; safety risk assessment in order to develop a list of suitable jobs for young workers. He has also been involved in numerous child rights risk assessments for different brands at all levels of their supply chains including at the homeworker and material supplier level.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">Before joining The Centre, Thang acquired social compliance and C-TPAT programmes experience during his time working for the Li &amp; Fung Vendor Compliance and Sustainability team as a social compliance auditor and ELEVATE as a CAP &amp; Remediation Specialist, focusing on remediation plan implementation and progress tracking for Li &amp; Fung production factories.</span></p><p><br/></p>"
