In the summer of 2014, CCR CSR (known as The Centre for Child Rights and Business since 2021) cooperated with China Electronic Standardization Association (CESA) to conduct detailed research on the growing challenges in the electronics manufacturing sector with regards to effective management and retention of the young workforce (under 26 years old).

The infographic, which can be downloaded on this page for easier viewing, highlights the study's key findings.
