NO ONE KNOWS CHILD LABOUR RISKS LIKE WE DO.
For 15 years, The Centre for Child Rights and Business has handled 1,300+ child labour cases and guided thousands of companies and suppliers to understand and address their impact on children and families in global supply chains. Now we’re turning that leadership into practical, live, online training.
Learning Lab is The Centre’s dedicated training platform for child labour prevention and r
emediation, designed for brands and suppliers operating in complex global supply chains. Through live, online training delivered by our in-house trainers, we help companies strengthen human rights due diligence, build capacity to identify and assess child labour risks, and learn about practical systems that meet growing regulatory and buyer expectations. The focus is on applied learning: turning standards and policies into effective action that protects children and supports responsible sourcing.
Drawing on The Centre’s 15 years of field experience and work across 30+ countries, the Learning Lab turns complex frameworks such as the UNGPs and OECD Guidance into practical, action-oriented learning for professionals at all levels. Taught by our master trainers with deep, on-the-ground experience, you walk away with tools and methods that can be applied immediately. We focus on what actually strengthens businesses and protects children.
The learning lab delivers:
Practical, hands-on guidance for both specialists and non-specialists
Tools for suppliers to strengthen systems and align with buyer expectations based on tried and tested methodologies
Stronger risk management, better compliance and more resilient supplier–buyer partnerships
The Centre Learning Lab offers targeted online training for both suppliers and brand representatives, with training topics tailored to each group. As The Centre Learning Lab grows, we’ll continue to expand our training topics to meet the evolving needs of suppliers and buyers worldwide. Starting now, you can secure your place in one of our specialised programmes, including child labour training and HRDD training. Please see our 2026 training schedule for more details and to register.

"The group discussions and presentations by group representatives during the training left a deep impression on me. This segment not only allowed me to hear perspectives from personnel with more practical production experience, but also deepened my understanding of the various concepts. In my future work, this will enable me to better assist factory management in their respective tasks."
